Hospital Board.

The monthly meeting of the Maniototo Hospital and Charitable Aid Board was held on the evening of Wednesday, 6th inst. The members present were the chairman (Mr C. J. Inder) and Messrs Mann, Aitken, Nicolson, Morgan. Lowis and Marslin. An apology was received from Mr Davis for non-attendance. After confirmation of the minutes and approval of the outward correspondence, the inward correspondence was considered. The Actinglnspector general wired for information as to w ether consumptives were accommodated in a general infectious block or in shelter.--. —The secretary- replied. The Acting District Health Office wrote to the effect that all proceedings transacted at board and committee meptings be given publicity to, and a»king for cuttings of same.—Agreed to be forwarded. < The report of the Hospital Committee was read and adopted. A number of copies of the Hospital Monthly Magazine ware received. Accounts amounting to £264 lis 7d were passed for payment.
