Thomas Richard Crutchley, Kyeburn, granted extention of leave till April. Cyril Schrick. —Adjourned until next sitting in order that the' reservist and his mother might come to soma decision.
John. Hastie's, Kokonga, adjourned appeal was further considered, and his own and that of his mother were dismissed, reservist not to be called up until the March draft of CI m -n.
Herbert Ernest Brown,; Oturehua, and Charles Augustus Brown (82). Adjourned till February in order to give both appellants an opportunity of coming to some arrangements about the working of tbeir properties. John L. M'Phee, St Batbans.— Conditional exemption granted. C. G. Davies, Becks.—Conditional exemption granted. L. A. Bleach was also granted conditional exemption, and the appeal of John Edward Kearney, Ranfurly, was allowed, and he was placed in B class of the Second Division.
E. W. Jones, Ranfurly, was granted conditional exemption. E. Carr, Patearoa. —Leave granted until the March draft of CI men.
