Defendant did not appear.— Convicted and fined L2 with costs LI 8s Inspector of Stock (Mr Kirk) v W M'lntoßh (Moa Creek) Similar charge Defendant stated that be had dipped all his sheep but the merinos in February and considered that the ewes found by the inspector must have been missed at the muster for dipping - Fined LI and costs LI 8s On similar charjes William Stuart (Poolburn) was fined 10s and costs LI 8s (he pleaded that the sheep had been dipped and had since been killed); David Isbister (Poolburn) wns fined LI and costs LI 8s; Alfred Keith (Aahburton) adjourned on Mr M'Neil's reequeßt to 26th inst at Naseby, gamuel A Purvis (Poolburn); fined 10s and costs 28s (defendant said the sheep had been dipped)
