RULES AND REGULATIONS. Nominations for the Welter, District, Flying, and President's Handicaps, County Plate, Naseby Cup, Stewards' Purse, Threemile, One and a-half-milo, and Two and a-half-mile Trots to be in on Monday, January 8, 1594, at 9 p.m. Handicaps for thePresident'sHandicap and Three-mile Trot, will appear in The Mouxt Ida Chkoxicle, of Saturday, January 13, 1894. Acceptances to be lodged with Uip Secretary before 9 p.m. oa Monday, January 22, 1894. Entrances"for the Handicap Hack Race, and Selling Stakes to be in at 9 p.m. on night of general entry, Monday, January 22, 1894. Handicaps for the Flying Handicap, Two and a-half-mile Trot. Naseuy Cup, and Handicap Hack Race will appear in the night of January 24, 1894, at 9 p.m. Acceptances to be lodged with the Secretary before 10 p.m. op the same night. Handicaps for the Welter and Disfrict Handicaps, Count}' Plate, One and a-half-mile Trot, and Stewards' Purse will appear on the course. The winner of any race of the value of £2O or over after the appearance of the weights for the President's Handicap to carry 51b penalty. No horse entered for any Handicap, except the Handicap Hack Race, will be allowed to run in any Hack Race at this meeting. No entries will be received for any of the above races, except upon the condition that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint.
