OTICE is Hereby Given that the Naseby Borough 'Council did, at a meeting held at the Town Hall, Naseby, on the 31st day of May, 1893, approve of the foregoing Estimate. . And notice is Further Given that it is the intention, of the said Council tp make and levy a general Rate of 9d in the £ oh the value of all rateable property within the Borough, as appears by the Valuation Roll for the time being; that such rate shall be made for the year ending oil March 31st, 1894, and shall be payable in one sum on the ,15th July, 1893; that the particulars of the said rate have been transcribed into a rate-book, in form and manner required by the Rating Act, 1876; and that such rate-book is keptjat the Town Clerk's Office,Levenstreet, Naseby, aforesaid, and is open for inspection by all ratepayers on any working day, between the hours, of 2 and 4 o'clock p.m.

And Notice is Further Given-that a Special Meeting of the Council will be held at the Town Hall, N&seby, on June 22nd, 1893, at noon, for the purpose of making the said rate, and that appeals against the rate-book will be heard and considered at the meeting. j. h. schoen; Town Clerk. ; PUBLIC NOTICE. >VTQTICE is Hereby Given that' the _UN Borough Council of Naseby intends, at 'a special meeting to be held on Friday, June 22nd, 1893, at noon, To make and levy a Water-rate on the value of that portion of the rateable property within the Borough, as appears by the Valuation Roll .for the time being, which is situate within 100 yards from any part of the waterworks, as provided by Sections 325 and 326 of " The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886." The said rate shall be for one year, commencing on April Ist, 1893, and terminating on March 31st, 1894, and shall be payable in two instalment, on July 15th and October Ist, 1893. The rate-book will be open for •inspection at the Town Clerk's office, Naseby, .between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock p.m., and appeals against it will be considered by this Council on the 22nd day of June, 1893.
