A Yoracf niail, hatred Janies Neill, son o Mr Neill, of Middlemarch, met with a iiasty accident laßt Thursday afternoon. He was driving a cart, and when turning the corner of a street rather sharply the cart upset, throwing Mr Neill on the ground, and breaking one of his legs. Dr Fletcher was immediately called in, and set the leg, and we are glad to hear that the 1 sufferer ib progressing favourably.
