A Yoracf niail, hatred Janies Neill, son o Mr Neill, of Middlemarch, met with a iiasty accident laßt Thursday afternoon. He was driving a cart, and when turning the corner of a street rather sharply the cart upset, throwing Mr Neill on the ground, and breaking one of his legs.
