Silas Hore, la., in Samuel Law's paddock, Home Gully.—Granted. William Beck, la., Enterprise Hill.—Granted. TAIL HACKS. 0. Rumble, Wet Gully.—Granted. Joseph Hewitt, Coalpit Gully.—Granted. George Wallace, commencing on west side of Lower Spec Gully and terminating in Spec Creek.—Granted. Silas Hore, Home Gully.—Granted. William Beck, commencing at back of R. and S. Inder"s paddock and terminating in Enterprise Gully. —Granted. RESIDENCE SITES. Robert Williamson, la., about 40 chains down river from Maisey's Hotel. - Struck out. W. Kadcliffe, la , about 40 chains down river from Maisey's Hotel.—No appearance ; struck out. Elizabeth Baxter, wife of Samuel Baxter, la., Wet Gully, at present in occupation of Robinson Baxter.— Adjourned till next court. WArea races. J. T. Geddes, James Hore and Reuben Hore, four Government heads of water (tail water), for general purposes, commencing about a mile above Mr. Mackenzie's fence, Home Gully, and terminating at Mr. Geddes' section lit, block ill., Maniototo, to be carried from thence to the farms of James Hore and R. R. Hore.—Adjourned. FBIESDLY SUIT. Receiver of Gold Revenue v. James Henry Preston. Non-renewal of water-right.—Fined 2s. and costs of court, 8s ; and ordered to renew license for two years.
