The following business was before the Land Board yesterday:—An application to purchase by James Hore and Silas Hore, Mauiototo, and James Fraser, Budle, were recommended for Governor's approval. The issue of the deferred payment, license to John Law, G-immerburh, was granted. Messrs. Connell and Moodie, for J. Pottinger, requested the decision of the Board on his application to purchase Section 21, Block 11., "Maniototo district, under the 28th Section of the Land Act, he having complied with the conditions required. Approved, subject to evidence of the consent of the runholders.
