(From the Press Association J Wellington. The '-Gazette' contains a proclamation withdrawing a large number of sections of land in Waihemo, Highlay, Eoek wand Pillar, Budle, Ghatton, "Waikaka, Outara, Glenkenich, and Kurow districts, in Ofcago, from the operation } of the- deferred payment system. These,, were all allotments sold on deferred payments, and partially improved, but the tenants of which were unabl& te keep up payments. Another notice advertises the same sections for cash sale on certain dates next month, and fixes the valuation to be paid for improvements in each case.
