No entries will be received for any of the above races except upon. this condition : that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint. ~".,...,:; The decision of the Stewards, on all points, shali be final. Na f person shall be allowed to enter or run a horse for any race in this programme unless a subscriber of not less than £2 2s ; --to the Race Fund. Post entries in all races except the Town Plate and St. Bathan's Cup. Five per cent; will be deducted from the gross amount of all stakes for expenses.
