MOUTOA DRAINAGE BOARD. RATING. NOTICE is hereby given that-it is the intention of the Moutoa Drainage Board at a meeting to be held in the Board’s Office, Main Street, Foxton, on the THIRTEENTH Day .of .TUNE, 1935, at 7.30 p.m., and under provisions of “The Rating Act, 1925,” and “The Land Drainage Act, 1908,” and its amendments to make and levy a General Rate of ONE PENNY AND ONE HALF OF ONE PENNY in the £ on Class A, ONE PENNY AND ONE EIGHTH OF ONE PENNY in the £ on Class B, and THREE-FOURTHS OF ONE PENNY in the £ on Class C, upon the Unimproved Rateable value of all nroperties appearing in the Valuation Roll of the Moutoa Drainage District in the above-mentioned classes, and also : to collect FIVE SIXTEENTHS OF ONE PENNY in the £ upon the Unimproved Value of all properties situated within the Special Rating District. Such rates to be for a period commencing on the FIRST dav of APRIL, 193_5, and ending on the THIRTY-FIRST day of MARCH, 193(5, and to be due and payable in one sum at the office of this Board, during office hours, on the TWENTY-FOURTH day of JUNE, 1935, and that a rebate of Four per cent will be allowed on all rates paid in full within one month from due date and further that ten per cent, will be charged on all rates unpaid at the expiration of six months and fourteen days from due date.
