The * Government Meteorologist wires at noon to-day as follows: The indications are for moderate northerly winds, freshening. There is a prospect of fair and warm weather hut increasing haze and cloudiness and later the weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Barometer has a falling tendency. Seas moderate, tides poor. Seas increasing.
