Rose Marmalade (a cake or sandwich filling).—Take 8 apples, I lemon rind. 10 geranium leaves, sugai 1 , lemon juice. Cut apples in four, put in saucepan with just enough water to cover, add lemon rind. Cook until tender. Rub through a sieve.
