Robinson, of Coley Street, will be pleased to learn that there is a slight; improvement in the condition o'f their daughter, Oriel, who sustained serious injuries as a resull id' a fall from I,he upper siorv window of the Wiftipukurau 'Hospital last Friday. The X-ray examination disclosed flu* fact that .Miss Robinson sustained a fracinml pelvis as well as broken ribs.

Further particulars show that Miss Robinson, who happened to be passing through the upstairs portion of the building went to the assistance of an elderly lady who was endeavouring to clean some windows. She ottered to do the job and climbed on to the window ledge supporting herself by one of the windows. The frame opened out unexpectedly, however, throwing her off her balance. She crashed to the ground and was severely injured us previously reported.
