CLERGYMAN AS CO-RESPON-DENT.
DECREE NISI GRANTED. Dunedin, August 11. Air. Justice Ostler granted a decree nisi in the Supreme Court in a divorce case, Edward Stephen Gale versus Elfrida Lucia Gale, Ellis Claude W. Hassall, a clergyman, being named as co-respondent. The petitioner stated that his wife told him in January that she had conceived an affection for the 1 curate of the church she attended, and she left home the following day . Hassall told him he was going to take her away from New Zealand. . The evidence showed that respondent and Hassall were served with the petition in Melbourne.
