The. High Commissioner's cable, dated 21st inst., reads: —
The Manila market is tinner, and moderate business has been done. 4 grade, April-June to June-August .shipments now quoted at £(14; Aug-ust-October shipment lias been sold at £64 10s and up. The Ngav Zealand market is quiet. High points spot sold at £54, August-October diipment quoted at £5.3, sellers,; fair spot £52, August-October shipment £sl.
