MAX PICTURES.
FRIDAY NIGHT. Speaking of the Max Pictures which are advertised to produce the genuine film of the late King Edward’s fuueral in the Public Hall on Friday (to-morrow) night, our Eeviu contemporary says : “In the Town Hall, Eevin, on Saturday night, the Max Pictures were shown to an appreciative audience. The quality of the films was excellent, and the songs given as interludes to the pictorial presentations were really well sung. Judged on picture standards the Max Picture Company is on a decidedly high plane, and this paper can whole heartedly recommend them.”
