ON November 9th, a special passenger train will leave Palmerston at 8 a.m., arriving Foxton 9.25 a.m. connecting with River Steamers conveying excursionists to Heads and back. Return special will leave Foxton at 6.20 p.m. for Palmerston. These special trains will stop at all stations between : Palmerston and Foxton, except Bainesse and Motuiti. Special trains stopping at intermediate stations if required will leave Feilding 8.45 a.m., Palmerston 9.35 a.m., arriving Foxton 11 a.m., returning from Foxton at 5.30 p.m. for Palmerston and Feilding.
