I, hovyever, after doing so, circulated my (printed) campaign speeches among all the voters of the district; so that all who were at that time on the roll had an opportunity of hearing what my chief political views are. In the present campaign, on the other hand, I am happily absolved from these particular bonds of Party discipline, through the Premier’s Second Ballot Bill, which has passed the Third Reading in the House.
