A Man with two Hearts.

The New York Herald is responsible for the statement that John Firman, twenty-five years of age, living at Paterson, New Jersey, has two hearts beating in his own breast. He is a fine specimen of physical manhood and constantly enjoys good health. In 1898 it was discovered that hphad a double heart when he was examined for enlistment with the Second regiment, at Paterson. The army surgeon told* him his doable heart made him twice as acceptable as the ordinary man. Since then Firman has been more or less interesting to physicians in Paterson and New York. An X-ray photograph taken by Dr A. L. Newman, of Paterson, shows the most peculiar heart formation the doctors of Paterson have ever seen or heard of.
