Foreign.
Reports have reached Bombay that trouble is brewing between the Mohmand and Khangawagai tribes, on the British Bide of the frontier. The Ameer of Afghanistan has despatched rpgimonts to the Mohmand country, on the left bank of the River Kumar. A force of 1700 Turkish marines, who have lately been disbanded, surrounded an arsenal in the city and clamoured for arrears of pay. Ultimately the men were appeased by part payment of the amounts due to them.
