The above programme is con fined to hacks only, and for the purpose of this meeting the definitiotfbf a hack is as follows : — A horse that has never, at any time, won a race of any description, hack and hunter races excepted. 2. All races will be run und r theNew Zealand Rules of facing, as 1 adopted by the Metropolitan Club's of the Colony. 3. All nominations, entries, and acceptances, accompanied by the neoessary fees payable, must be in the hands of the Secretary by Bpm.j on the advertised dates of closing, uules3 otherwise specified. 4. The visual 5 per cent will not be deducted from the gross amourii of the stake. Horses walking over will only receive 50 per cent of the stake. 5.
