Howe's tender was accepted. Or Mitchell reported having let to Messrs Walden Bros the flax on No 2 section of the Moutoa road at 3s per ton, and his action was confirmed. Oathe motion of Cr Sanson, secon^e^cl by Cr McLennan, it was resolved, That the fccam conduotor be informed that the keys of the goods ehed at Sanson, left at convenient centres', are at his risk. He must, therefore make his own arrangement* respecting the said keys.
