CABLEGRAMS.
(renter's telegrams.) London, April 26. The diplomatic correspondence between Lord Salisbury and Mr Ewarts, United States Secretary of the State,regarding the Fortune Bay outrage, has been published. The papers show that Salisbury refused to compensate American fishermen, and the dispute remains unsettled. Gladstone is engaged in the formation of a new Ministry, and has already filled the following offices: Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Earl Granville; Secretary qf State for India, Marquis of Hart ington, First Lord of the Admiralty, Earl Northbrook ; Lord High Chancellor, Lord Selborne ; Seoretaryof State for War, Kight Honorable OhiU ders; Chief Secretary for Ireland, Mr W. E. Forster. Gladstone, as previously telegraphed, will hold ; office as first Lord of the Treasury I and Chancellor of the Excheqber. j The remaining portfolios in the new Ministry have not yet been filled, but it is expected that "^Jarl Kimberiey will accept the Secretaryship of State for the Colonies.
