HOME RULE BILL.

WITH
LONDON- Oct. 13. Sii\ Hamsir Greenwood, in a speech at' Belfast, stated That L<;rd French, Sir Nevill Mac-ready, and himself were completely in accord and no resignations were impending. The Government intended to proceed with the Home Rule Bill and was prepared to enlarge it on the most generous lines possible in the hope of securing a complete and final settlement, but it could not tolerate, independence for the whole or any part of Ireland.
