[Press Association.] (Keuter's Telegram^.) (Received .Oct. 7, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 6

Parts of Scotland have been devastated by wind and rain storms. The Rivers Dee and Don are flooded, and the countryside for miles is inundated.

It is the worst flood since August, 1829, when the Moray floods occurred, and the Rivers Spey and Findhorn rose in .some places fifty feet and caused great loss of property and many lives. Shipping at Aberdeen suffered heavy damage. Five drifters and two small steamers were wrecked.
