AMSTERDAM, Aug. 10. Polish advices .declare that the Government has been in direct -negotiations with Hungary regarding 'military help. The Polish President has accepted the Hungarian Government's offer to send few regiments. Hunga,ry is disposed to send 10,000 men. also munitkms.
