(Received Aug. 5, 7.50 p.m.) V BERLIN, Aug. 4. A Communist coup occurred ot Zit!a.u, which is isolated by the stoppage of railways. The shops remain dosed'and work has stopped. The Government ignored a demand that it should make way for a Soviet dictatorship, and sent an aeroplane, which scattered notices telling the population that troops had been despatched to their aid. The trades unionists are standing aloof from the Communists.
