CRITICS
[Press Association.]
SYDNEY, Aug. 4. Replying to criticism of Judge Swing's report, Mr Storey said that the judges at the previous inquiries might have found ■ differently if a wider scope had been given them. Answering the jibe that Judge Evving was a second-class, judge of a secondclass State, Mr Storey added that Australia's most brilliant Justice, Judge Griffith, came from one of the smaller States.
