Advices from Teheran state that owing to the Tartar Bolsheviks' occupation of Nekhelevan, Europeans are preparing to evacuate Tabriz. Although the province of Mazau«lauan is practically clear of the enemy, the Bolsheviks threaten Teheran on the Resht-Kazvin road.
The British troops are now in an * -excellent defensive position protecting Kazvin.
