CHRISTCHURCH, Aug. 4: . The trawler Trumpeter, which left Lyttelton on Monday night for Westport, put in at Kaikoura to shelter. Later she got adrift from her moorings and became a total wreck. The liumpeter was recently sold by Milttor Bros, to Captain Jack?on, of Westport. Capi.ain Stein was in charge of the vessel from Lyttelton t.<> Westport.
