The Sanitary Inspector (Mr James Jolinj»ton) appealed to support a charge against Pcrcival Waitson for affixing waste pipes connected with a bath, «nk, and sanitary cchveninces at a hoHW in Howick Road., he not being si licensed plumber. The defendant, who did nt>t appear, was fined £2 and <t>.s-ts (7s) ajid solicitor's fee (£1 Is).
