KEMAL PASHA'S POSITION.
(Received July 16, 1.15 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, July 15. Kema.l Pasha, speaking in the Angora Assembly, said that a the Nationalists now held an impregnable position inland and were able to resist further Greek attacks.
