RULE NISI DISCHARGED

The High Court discharged the rule nisi for the issue of a writ of habeas corpus in re^poct to Father Jerger. Counsel for the Commonwealth stated that the Government was of opinion that Father Jerger's presence here was a danger to the public and a menace to law and order.
