The secretary of the Waituiii and Koromiko Dairy Companies reports that the outlook i'or.tne coming Reason's cheese is very promising. -(I he fact that prices are going to lio high can lie judged by the following extracts taken from letters received from their agents:—"Canadian n;ake of cheese is reported to be light, and home supplies are plentiful but moving .freely into consumption. Prospects for New Zealand are very favorable. The maximum retail pricein London for cheese as fixed by the Ministry of Food is* Is 8d per lb.
