The English papers in India comment on the Hunter report.. Iney strongly defend General Dyer, declaring that he saved the Punjaub. The Indian papers assert that while ihe majority report whitewashes Dyer, it will onjy .deepen the feeling caused by the happenings in the Punjaub. "
