Avratere were not. up to full strength in this game, S. Mogridge. being a notable absentee. During the week'Opawa's prospects of mustering a serviceable' fifteen v-ere not very rosy, and consequently their victory by nine points was not generally expected. They took the most prominent part in the game and their

rtcent efforts. McGuiro scored Opawa's only try, which was converted by L. Thomson. In addition Thomson kicked two penalty goals and J. O'Brien one.
