(Received April 12, 7.45. p.m.) LONDON, April 11. The Berlin newspaper Frieheit states that General yon Luttwitz and Colonel Bischoff are staying at Farnzburg. They • aro plotting another: revolution, embaromg the • whole of Germany. Several regi,it»ent^ as well as student corps in various towns are supporting the movement. \ , i ■ .
The , Frieheit adds: "The Gov r ernment is aware oi! the plot,, but does not: intervene and does not execute the warrants for the arrest of' yon Luttwitz/ ami Kjschoff for, participating in the Xinapp revolution."
