Penalties: The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry a penalty of 71bs, and of any additional race of races a further penalty of 51bs. Trotting Rules, 196: Every person applying for admission to any course, and every person entering or endeavoring to enter a horse for any race, and every person having, or subsequently acquiring any interest in such horse, shnll be deemed to accept all "the conditions and restrictions imposed or implied by the Rules of Trotting and to be barred from questioning the action of tho Conference, ' Appeal, Judges, Association, Club, Racing Club or body Committee. Stewards, officials, agents or servants in respect of any such person or horse, or any person connected there-' with oLhenvise. than is provided for in Part XXX, Rules of Trotting. Provident Fund fee, One Pound, in respect of each Trotting Horso must be paid direct to tho Association before nominatioa. otherwise a fine of Five Pounds will bo imposed.
