LONDON, April Bth. Late messages from Cairo indicate that a serious situation is developing in Palestine. Troops have been recalled to the western bank of , the SucK Canal. _ . . Moslem-Jewish riots commenced on Sunday and contined on Monday. Already there have been 188 casualties.
