(United Service.) LONDON, April r. . . Latest advices from Germany state that the French have occupied Offenbach, Bomburg, and Wiesbaden. The Berliner Tageblatt says that nnger and indignation have been , ■aroused over the French occupation of defenceless towns. It ndds: '""We ■can now say to M. Millerand, 'We put our trust in you; thanks for what you have done. Plundering becomes .... easy.. In one week you' have done more than Lenin for Bolshevism.' " The Vorwaerts declares: "They who are as defenceless as we have a, right to demand freedom from milit.'iry threats."
