WELLINGTON,-April 8. 'One of the worst southerly, storms, •experienced for some time is being felt in Wellington to-day, and damage has been done to trees and fences. The steamer City of Agra left early •tJ.iis morning for Sydney, but was unable to make headway outside the .heads, and returned to tiie harbor.
