(Received April 8, 10.55 a.m.). SYDNEY, April 8. The Industrial Court dismissed an application by the master builders calling upon the Bricklayers' Union to show caaise why it should not be dealt with for refusing to work on Saturdajr, as the summons was improperly issued. Leave was given to issue a fresh summons.
