(United Sarrioe.) LONDON, April (6. - The French occupation of Frankfort and Darmstadt is regarded w&h apprehension in the highest British circles.
A leading British diplomatist states tha.t France's action will probably crystallise the warring elements in Germany- and create the most serious menace to France since the Armistice. ' ,
