BLOODY RUSSIA.
LONDON, April 5. British refugees tell appalling stories of torture and wholesale murders in Russia. Leprosy and typhus are rampant, and starvation is causing thousands of deaths. The country has become one vast cemetery. The same coffins are used repeatedly. Animals at the Zoo are fed on human bodies.
