FRANKFORT TO BE OCCUPIED
(Received April 7. 0.4-j a.m.) LONDON, .April P. The French General De Goutte \rw advance! from Mayence, and will occupy Frankfort forthwith. He has already proclaimed irnrtial law in Frankfort ?nd other districts.
The proclamation reassures peaceful inhabitants, and adds that the German authorities will act under Do Goutte's control. All traffic will he suspended during the hours of night.
