FRENCH LOTTERY BONDS
PARIS, Nov. 22. The Government is making: a first issue of £160,000,000 worth of lottery bonds in order to reconstruct the
devastated areas. The bonds are of 500 francs) each, redeemable in sixty years, and bear 5 per cent, interest j free of all French taxation.
