(Reuter' 8 Telegrams.) LONDON, Nov. 23. i Sir L. S. Amery, addressing a colonial missionary meeting, said that it might be urged that, having established the League of Nations, concen. trated efforts upon Iroperial unity had become unnecessary, and might even* be harmful. He entirely dis- ' agreed with that idea. The more they developed the principles of unity with the Empire the mcre'-they would be able to help the League to deal effectively with the problems that came up.
