EMIGRATION RATES
LONDON, Nov. 22. The Agents-General jointly requested Lord Milner to receive a deputation. •regarding emigration ristes. They alleged that the Colonial Office prejudiced the Australian case by agreeing to pay £38 less per cent for the transport of British soldier emigrants. The Agents-General also claim 15 per cent rebate, similar to what is given to Canada.
