HANDING OVER GERMAN LINERS.
WASHINGTON,, Nov. 21. The Federal Government has handed over the former German linerr Imperator to the Britiish Shipping Ministry. It is believed that other vessels will follow, as, owing to tho nonratificaition of the Treaty, the Ameiiaan title to th© vesseds does not exist*.
